FILING PHASE: In all five Boroughs, BMB has managed hundreds/thousands of applications for all types of work. Whether you’re pursuing a small renovation or new building development, BMB will handle all the necessary steps from start to finish. During the initial phase of an application, our administrative and expediting specialists work together to oversee the filing and initial plan examination. Our thorough expeditors are more than capable enough to independently address DOB objections, coordinating participation from the architect, engineer, or contractor when necessary.

 

CONSTRUCTION PHASE:  During construction operation, BMB assists clients and contractors in cutting through the red tape and adhering to regulations. We’ll obtain initial work permits from city agencies, file post approval amendments for plans or applications, and remove stop work orders & violations.

 

COMPLETION PHASE: After construction has been finished, a Certificate of Occupancy must be obtained to guarantee the legal use and occupancy of your property. Without it, complete buildings cannot house business or tenants, thus losing revenue-earning opportunities. Fortunately, BMB has plenty of experience navigating the arduous process of obtaining this invaluable document. Early in the project, we examine the individual circumstance of each property and take action against items that would forestall the Certificate of Occupancy.
